All innovations are silly. If you have two people who think the same, fire one of them. What do you need duplication for?
The most important person who reports to you is the one who most vigorously disagrees with you, who has the guts to disagree with you.
Reason for switching to a competitor: Contact from old supplier’s personnel was poor in quality - 49 percent - Forum Corporation. 70% of customers bail because of the look/feel/smell/taste of doing business with a company. 70-90% is not about product or price - it is about a dimension of service. Of the rest, 15% leave for price, and 15% for technical quality reasons.
Develop a Branding obsession. Every decision, every system should reflect visibly the specific attention to Branding.
Hire for attitude, train for skill.
Passion demands obsession.
Passion demands enthusiasm.
Passion demands fixation.
Passion demands loud - live loud.
Passion demands out of control control.
